The second round of the Austrian Rally Championship took place last weekend with the Lavanttal Rallye. And it was another great weekend for Austrian Rallying legend Raimund Baumschlager and co-driver Thomas Zeltner, driving a ŠKODA Fabia R5, who claimed another victory to secure his place at the top of the championship standings.
And ŠKODA’s perfect weekend was completed when talented young driver Fabian Kreim, alongside co-driver Frank Christian, brouhg his Fabia R5 home in the runners-up spot.
Both drivers overcame the challenge of a number of WRC cars and difficult weather conditions, to secure the ‘one-two’ finish and photographer Harald Illmer has taken an exclusive gallery of the event for us, which you can see below.
