Benito Guerra Jr, who finished third in the WRC2 standings at the Rally Mexico, is accompanied by co-driver Daniel Cué for this event. He is joined by the Polish pairing of Hubert Ptaszek / Maciej Szczepaniak driving for Team Orlen.
The reigning Paraguayan and CODASUR champion Gustavo Saba and co-driver Fernando Mussano are making their first WRC start of the season, while experienced Argentinian driver Juan Carlos Alonso and his co-driver Matias Mercadal are also competing in a car run by Saba Competicion team.
