The Acropolis Rally was one of the events of the first World Rally Championship season in 1973, but its history dates back to 1953. This gravel event with a long history is known for its high temperatures and tricky stages, where you can easily hit some rocks that you won’t find in the pace notes. This means that crews must be on the alert at all times, as the winding mountain roads are unforgiving of any mistakes.
